I have known Karina for quite some time but unfortunately when the need arose after my Father in Laws death for us to borrow against my Mother in Laws house to place her in care, Karina from Southern Lending was not my first thought and how I was to regret that.

I contacted two other Financiers, one who was recommended and the other we had used before and after many weeks, many phone calls and email's our situation was just put in their too hard basket and with no solution to our problem which by now was becoming quite serious.
